Bill Graczyk – Owner and Founder, All Exteriors LLC

At All Exteriors LLC, our dedicated team of professionals is committed to providing exceptional roofing and exterior services across the Maryland Eastern Shore and Delmarva Peninsula.

With over three decades of hands-on experience in the home exterior industry, Bill Graczyk is the founder and proud owner of All Exteriors. His journey began more than 30 years ago—starting at the very bottom, cleaning up job sites before learning how to roof at just 18 years old. Since then, Bill has personally installed thousands of roofs, completed hundreds of siding projects, and replaced countless windows across the Baltimore-Washington metro area.

Early in his career, Bill worked with several major exterior companies, where he honed his skills and built a deep understanding of the industry. He later became a subcontractor, continuing to do the work he loved while dreaming of one day starting his own company. That dream became a reality in 2018 when he launched All Exteriors, bringing with him decades of expertise, a commitment to quality, and a passion for transforming homes.

Today, All Exteriors specializes in residential, commercial, and storm damage restoration, offering top craftsmanship and trusted service. Bill holds multiple elite certifications, including:
